International:

Please note: all of the above prices are per order. We do not charge extra for orders with multiple items.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on where you are across the world:
EUROPE: 5-7 days (by courier) - 15-30 days (by post)
US AND CANADA: 5-10 days (by courier) - 20-40 days (by post)
AUSTRALIA, HONG KONG, DUBAI: 5-10 days (by courier) - 20-40 days (by post)
Delivery times are indicative and not binding. There may be delays due to strikes, overloading, understaffing, and customs clearance that we have no control over.

Please note that during periods such as summer or Christmas holidays, or when a product is temporarily unavailable, there may be some delay to the timings quoted. We endeavour to minimise these delays and keep customers informed where there are exceptional delays.

We always provide an email with the tracking number of the package and it is the recipient's responsibility to follow up with the delivery. If the package is returned to the sender and the customer still wants the package, re-shipping costs will have to be paid by the customer.

Value-added tax & import duties

For orders with billing addresses outside Switzerland, customs duties will apply.
The recipient will be responsible for any duties and other charges which may be due.

Please note that customs policies vary from country to country, so to be absolutely clear we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Will you under-report the value of my international package?

No, by law we are required to state the correct selling price of the item purchased. If we under-declare this value, and it is picked up by customs, both the sender and the recipient will be liable for fines.
